Our promise
We want you to be happy with your order. If something is not right, you can send it back or ask for help. Please read this page first, then contact us.
Returns
You have 30 days after delivery to ask for a return. The item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition, with any tags and packaging.
How to start a return
- Send an e-mail to support@clarabelle-boutique.com your order number and the reason for the return.
- Please do not send anything back before you contact us. We will send you the return address and the steps.
- Return shipping is paid by us. We recommend a service with tracking.
Refunds
When we receive and check your return, we will send you an e-mail. If it is approved, we refund the money to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank may need extra time to show it.
Damaged, wrong or faulty items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, e-mail us within 7 days of delivery. Please add your order number and a few clear photos. We will send a replacement or refund you, and you do not pay return shipping.
Items we cannot take back
- Items that are worn, washed, changed or damaged after delivery.
- Items returned after the return window.
