Products

We try to show our products and colors as clearly as we can. Colors can look a little different on each screen. Sizes can differ slightly, so please use the size guide.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in NZ Dollar and can change at any time. You pay at checkout with the payment methods we show. We can cancel an order if there is a mistake in the price or the product information, and then we refund you in full.

Orders

When you place an order, you will get a confirmation e-mail. This is not the same as us accepting the order. We can refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is not available or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order, we refund you.

Shipping and returns

Our shipping policy and our return and refund policy are part of these terms. Please read them before you buy.

Your account and your information

Please give correct information when you order. How we use your information is explained in our privacy policy.

All text, photos and designs on this website belong to Roverhoff or are used with permission. Please do not copy or use them without asking us first.

Our responsibility

We do our best to keep the website working and the information correct, but we cannot promise that it is always free from errors. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect damage. This does not take away any rights you have by law as a consumer.

We can change these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that counts. The date of the last update is 25-10-2026.

These terms follow the laws of The Netherlands. This does not change the consumer rights you have in your own country.
