Order processing

We process orders within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed on the next business day. You will get an e-mail when your order ships.

Delivery time

After your order ships, delivery usually takes 6-10 business days. This is an estimate and it can be different. Delivery times can be longer during busy periods, holidays or because of customs.

Shipping costs

free. The final cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

When your order ships, we send you a tracking number by e-mail. It can take a few days before the tracking shows updates.

Where we ship

We ship to New Zealand. If your country is not on the list at checkout, please contact us.

Customs and import costs

[Import duties and taxes are not included in the price. If your country charges them, you pay them.

Wrong address

Please check your address before you place your order. If you made a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at support@clarabelle-boutique.com. We cannot always change an order after it ships.

Late or lost orders

If your order has not arrived after 10 business days, e-mail us with your order number. We will check with the carrier and help you with a solution.
